before January 1 and receive a 5% discount ~ 1 week is
8 days / 7 nights ~ check-in 4:30-6:00 PM, check
out by 11:00 AM ~ arrive / depart any day ~ 3 night minimum
~ 30% deposit required at time of booking to guarantee
reservation (fully refundable with 60 day notice of cancellation)
~ In lieu of gratuities, a 15% service charge will be
added to total bill ~ 5.5% applicable state
& local taxes added ~ Personal or traveler's check
preferred. We DO take Credit Cards.

5%
discount for groups of 10 or more ~ 50% deposit required
to guarantee reservation (refundable with 60 day notice
of cancellation minus 10% handling fee) ~ Deposit must be
received within two weeks of reservation ~ 15% will be added
to total bill for gratuities ~ 5.5% applicable state &
local taxes added ~ Personal or traveler's check preferred.
